I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was superb, always ready to help and caring. The breakfast had a wide variety and excellent taste, especially the special tea with mint and adrak. The pizza at Wisteria deck was fantastic. The hotel and its location were beautiful, with stunning mountain views. The bathrooms were luxurious and had great products. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and the hotel was very family-friendly.

Amazing hospitality at Jw Marriott! Upon arrival, the hotel staff was well prepared and our check-in process was seamless. The valley view room we chose had a breathtaking view from the balcony. The buffet spread was lavish with a wide range of cuisines and even special treats for kids. The Italian restaurant had delicious food and an unbeatable view. The recreation manager, Kriti, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even personally guiding us on a trek. The spa, pool, gym, and evening activities were all fantastic. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel. a delightful experience!

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the beautiful property and the scenic views it offered. the resort had plenty of activities to keep us entertained and relaxed. the rooms were very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel restaurants, especially the breakfast at JW Cafe which had a huge spread. Additionally, the local cuisine offered a unique experience, with a special Garhwal thali that we tried and loved. Another advantage was the guided trekking activities provided by the resort, which allowed us to explore the local area with the help of knowledgeable guides.

As a disabled guest, I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent facilities and amenities at this resort. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Special mention goes to Rishabh, who made sure my breakfast experience was fabulous. The spa treatments were also top-notch, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long trek in the hills. The open space and beautiful gardens added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the resort.

Some guests have mentioned that there are not many outdoor activities for young children, such as swings and slides, and that the pool closing time could be extended until 9 pm.

We had a superb Easter break at this luxurious hotel. We were delighted with the complimentary treats in our room and the surprise Easter egg hunt in the beautiful gardens. the stunning mountain views and peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay.

While the hotel had many activities for children, most were expensive. We found the prices unreasonable, especially since we had already paid a high rate for the room.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the Spa center was spotless and the massages were the best I've ever had. Service was beyond excellence and staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The poolside snack bar was a great spot for some refreshing drinks and snacks while relaxing by the heated swimming pool. Cons: the garden area looked unkempt and needed some attention. Despite this minor issue, everything else was perfect and I had an amazing time here.
