Outdoor view from room, guest-friendly environment, proximity to Beach Road

The bathroom facilities need drastic upgrades!!! I found myself without basic toiletries like a toothbrush!!! The AC unit isn't effective and could use replacement!!! Additionally, the manual keys seem outdated and could lead to security concerns!!!

My stay was memorable. The restaurant provided amazing outdoor seating with views of the sea that I’ll never forget. I loved spending time in a room that felt like home, and the fitness room helped me keep active. I had access to a studio room with a choice of king-size bed or twin bed. The proximity to local shops was a plus too. One evening, I enjoyed viewing many vendors while people-watching from my balcony. I would come back for this view again.

Great location. Walking Street is a short 5 min stroll. Delicious breakfast with a perfect view of the beach. The room is spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with good facilities. The rooftop pool and fitness room offer stunning views.

However, the overall condition of the rooms leans towards a rundown vibe, with decor needing an update. Many guests have complained about cleanliness, with reports of filthy walls and unwashed bedding. The Wi-Fi is spotty, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, guests faced issues with amenities like towels and water availability, which felt limited and inconvenient. The lack of room service and the policy requiring guests to drop off their keys repeatedly at reception caused discomfort with the power and air conditioning in the rooms.

Stepping out of the hotel, you’re just a short stroll from the vibrant Walking Street and the beach! The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is decent. I enjoyed the pool view!

However, the experience was marred by the worn-out rooms. I encountered issues with cleanliness, which was disappointing. Plus, the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent during my stay.

the baywalk residence has great staff who really look out for you. the location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and walking street. the rooftop pool, though small, offers a nice view. room size was great too.

all good, but breakfast variety could improve! 😄
