The staff at this establishment were incredibly friendly and helpful, surpassing even our experience at a 5-star hotel. The room design was exquisite, especially the bed. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy every little detail.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to various tourist destinations, including Chinatown and the river. It is also conveniently located near a 7Eleven for any quick purchases. The staff provides excellent service and is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-designed and offer comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The lobby and overall design concept of the hotel are lovely, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

Some rooms may have a bad smell, which can be bothersome to guests.

I recently stayed at Beanstalk and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel like I was meeting old friends. They were always helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The artwork on the walls added a touch of creativity to the hotel ambiance. Special thanks to the Japanese front-desk guy and the breakfast lady for their hospitality. The room was clean and uniquely designed, and the breakfast was superb. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, making sightseeing around the city easy. the rooms are clean and the beds are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the digital check-in process and the fantastic WiFi. the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering great advice on things to do around the city.

Soundproofing is not very good, making it hard to sleep due to noise from other guests. the air conditioning in some rooms is not well-placed and with no option to keep it running while gone, it takes a while to cool down after returning.

Our stay at Beanstalk was absolutely delightful. The hotel's clean and minimal design gave off a refreshing vibe. The shoe cabinet and indoor slippers kept the hallway and surroundings clean. The front desk staff were fluent in English and provided excellent hospitality. We were impressed with the concept and overall service of the hotel.

We would have appreciated an extra mirror in the room, as there were three of us staying and the bathroom mirror wasn't enough. Additionally, we missed having a bottle of water in the room and the option to make coffee.

The location is right at the center, making it very close to tourist destinations. Plus, the hotel is on a raised platform, providing a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a great smile. The basic amenities are provided, including a hairdryer that works really well. The rooms, even in the higher floors, are spacious and beautiful, with a Japanese bed that is perfect for families with kids. And let's not forget the breakfast, which is simple but delicious.
