The staff at Best House Resort were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, we realized that our reserved room was not available, but they quickly found us a different room in a nearby resort. Despite the inconvenience, they made sure we were taken care of and even provided transportation to and from the new location. I appreciate their efforts to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Spent my Easter vacation with family at a resort in a serene environment. Staff service was fantastic, always ready to assist with whatever we needed. the location was near to essential areas in town, making it easy for us to get around. the resort had a swimming pool and a cozy bar, drinks were always available. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had a great time bonding with the family.

The mosquitoes were pretty annoying, and we had to keep applying repellants. the resort rooms had a basic setup with limited amenities, and considering the price, it was not the best value for money.

Staff were excellent, owner was friendly and informative, providing helpful tips about the area. They even offered to assist with finding places to eat and took us to the pier. Upgrade option available for a reasonable price. Convenient location near the jetty for easy access to ferries. 5-star service provided by Mr.Bogie.
