The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. the free parking was a big plus for us. the location was superb, close to Hampton Court and the Thames.

The Anne Boleyn room was a bit small and dark, but it didn't bother us much.

Located within walking distance of good restaurants, next to the park entrance leading to Hampton Court Palace, and close to parks. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings providing an airy atmosphere. The wet room is a delight and the beds are very comfortable. The blinds in the bedroom shut out light for a perfect sleep. The owners are easy to contact and quick to answer questions.

Limited parking spaces may be tricky for larger cars.

Had a lovely Easter stay here! the kitchen facilities were well equipped and clean. the hotel is conveniently situated near to Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace which was fantastic for exploring the area. the parking facilities were also great, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.

It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and could do with some heavier curtains to block it out.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Kingston upon Thames and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and right by Hampton Court Palace where I was attending Royal School of Needlework classes. The hotel was tucked away by the gate of the park, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Inside, the room was spotlessly clean and had good facilities including a kitchen, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us early entry into our rooms and even letting us leave our car in the car park after check out time. They even provided a High Chair, Baby Bath, and Baby Cot free of charge, which was a nice touch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff were very accommodating and helpful during our stay.

The fully equipped kitchen and abundance of towels and bed linen were great, and the complimentary biscuits and chocolate were a lovely touch. The location was ideal for visiting Hampton Court Palace.

There were also plenty of dining options within walking distance, and the train station was just a minute away for easy travel to London central.
