We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. They even called to check if everything was okay. The room we booked had a king-sized bed, but they made a mistake and gave us a room with two beds instead. However, they quickly fixed the issue and upgraded us to a room with a private hot tub. It was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's restaurant, The Grill, served us a lovely meal for our 40th wedding anniversary. When we asked about champagne, the waitress surprised us with a complimentary bottle on ice. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, close to several locations and easy access to I81.

This hotel in Watertown exceeded our expectations in several aspects. the location is ideal for both business travelers and those crossing the border, as it is conveniently located near the Salmon Run Mall and right off Interstate 81. Secondly, the staff was professional and attentive, providing excellent service and answering all our questions. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a king bed and pullout sofa. Lastly, the breakfast offered was excellent, with a buffet option where you could get your eggs or omelet cooked by a chef, all for a reasonable price of $11.

It was well, organized and had a more elegant feel than other chain hotels. the made, to, order eggs and the variety of options available were a great way to start the day.

Our room had a few issues. the bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.
