The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach and convenient shuttle service to Boat Avenue. The hotel also offered a shuttle into the city, making it convenient for exploring. The modern and clean building had a cool vibe without being offputting to families. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. a great option for adventure travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location by the lagoon was perfect and it was just a short distance to the nearby beautiful Bangtao beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony to sit outside. The staff provided great service with room service, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping options available. In addition, the hotel offered tours and transportation services which were very helpful. The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the spa & wellness centre and the leisure/TV room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

This hotel is conveniently located down the beach away from the busy areas, making it easy to walk to comfortable spots on Bangtao beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is always delightful, providing a warm service experience. The free shuttle service and boat rides are a blessing, allowing guests to explore the nearby lagoon places. Additionally, the hotel offers a great pool and surrounding gardens for relaxation.

The breakfast provided could be improved to cater to guests who prefer a heavier meal in the morning.

Our Xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The free bike rental was a great way to explore the area and the included room service was much appreciated. The quiet location near the beautiful beach was unbeatable and the private lounging area was a nice touch.

The breakfast could definitely use some improvement, but we were grateful for the daily cereal and juice in the fridge. there was no gym on the property and limited information provided at the front desk.

Our stay at Cassia was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. We especially loved the balcony where we could enjoy the sea view. The hotel provided us with a bike rental which made it so convenient for us to explore the area. The pool was great for both kids and adults, and my children had a blast spending their evenings there. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Cassia to families looking for a pleasant holiday experience. we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.

I recently stayed at a brand new hotel in Phuket and had an amazing experience. The hotel, Cassia, is actually an apartment hotel and the decoration is modern and luxurious. The room I stayed in was a one-bedroom cheaper room, but it had all the amenities I needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with a pod coffee machine, built-in microwave oven, and all the kitchen utensils I could think of. They even provided a smart phone with a SIM card for unlimited in-Thailand calls and internet. Both the living room and bedroom had Samsung smart TVs, and the rooms were cool enough to not need the AC turned on. The bed was extremely comfortable with goose/duck down pillows and a blanket. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast that was delivered to my room every morning in a thermal bag, so I could enjoy it without being interrupted. The staff at Cassia were friendly and attentive, and the general manager even came to ask about our stay. The location was great, with easy access to the Laguna area and other parts of Phuket. I was extremely pleased with my stay at Cassia and would highly recommend it.
