This hotel was a lovely oasis in the city. The pool was fantastic and our club suite was perfect for our family. We had young children and found it easy to access all the sights through the BTS, which is connected to the hotel via the shopping center. The staff were extremely friendly and the foyer was beautiful.

The only thing that could have made the menu for breakfast better was a wider variety of vegetarian options.

I recently stayed at Centara Grand and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with an excellent view from the 14th floor. The location was great, being near a big mall and within walking distance of a BTS station. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Torask Yodruck and Mr Nopadol Boonpong from the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me with my flight issue. The rain-shower in the room was a nice touch, and I loved the genius idea of the diagonally facing rooms with a small common area.

The food for breakfast could have been better in terms of quality.

We absolutely loved the gym and the buffet breakfast! The gym was excellent and the buffet had a huge selection. The staff at the restaurant were really helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful. The proximity to Chatuchak market was great for our sourcing trip. We also enjoyed being able to go into central through the connecting carpark for dinner and some air conditioning in the evening.

We enjoyed the complementary turn-down service with a tiny surprise left on our bed each night and the toothbrush provided when we forgot ours. the hotel is conveniently connected to a large mall with plenty of shopping and dining options. It was easy to get around from here.

The lobby bar was understaffed and service suffered. the room service delivery lacked enthusiasm.
