We loved the convenience of staying at the hotel, with the BKK Convention Center right on-site. The hotel's connection to Central World, a fantastic shopping mall and food hall, was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the duty manager Varaporn Thongpoonkij, who went above and beyond to assist us when my husband fell ill. We were grateful for her recommendations for a good hospital, arranging a wheelchair, and ensuring quick taxi calls. It truly felt like being part of a supportive family. The high standards of Thai hospitality were evident throughout our stay.

The lamb chops at Uno Mas were fantastic, and the club membership provided access to a private lounge with great amenities. Our room was always clean and spacious. we had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the stunning views from my room as well as the comfortable bedding provided. The hotel's location, being connected to a major shopping complex and within walking distance of restaurants and other shopping options, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the pool and exercise room were top-notch, allowing me to stay active during my stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the communication skills of the staff, as their English was not always up to par. Another downside was the long wait times for the elevators, with it often taking 3-4 minutes for one to arrive.

centara grand exceeded my expectations with its fantastic location, friendly staff, and amazing amenities. the rooms were perfect, with powerful water pressure, powerful hairdryers, and a great layout. the skybar was a wonderful hangout spot, and the sky walk connected us to nearby shopping malls. a truly unforgettable experience at centara grand.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's in the heart of the city, surrounded by malls, near a conference centre, and close to public transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice views from high floors. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and there are great facilities like an amazing gym and spa, and a huge pool with palm trees.

The housekeeping service is not up to par. Several guests have reported issues with careless staff, late room cleaning, and even forgetting to replace basic items like towels and water bottles.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, situated just next to the Central World shopping center and the Bangkok Convention Center. It was a short walk to the BTS, making it easy for us to explore the city and take day trips to the temples and the Takshin pier. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a smart bathroom, large comfortable bed, and quick lift access to a supermarket, cinemas. The rooms were always kept clean and serviced while we enjoyed breakfast.

The hotel had a stunning property with beautiful rooms and great lighting. The AC controls were convenient and the staff was lovely, attentive, and professional. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, and the hotel's location, connected to the Centralworld mall, made it easy to reach all the major shopping malls in this city. Not to mention, there was easy access to grocery and restaurants within the mall.

What a fantastic business trip! I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks offered in the lobby, as well as the complimentary daily breakfast. The location was perfect for my business needs, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The gym and pool were also great ways to unwind after a day of meetings.

The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times. the room service was a bit pricey.
