I have to say, the value for money at Centara Grand was unbeatable. We were blown away by the spacious and modern room, and the convenient location connected to the mall was a dream come true for my girlfriend's shopping cravings. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.

The food for breakfast could use a little improvement.

The lamb chops at Uno Mas were fantastic, and the club membership provided access to a private lounge with great amenities. Our room was always clean and spacious. we had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to two BTS stations and many shopping malls. The views from the rooms, pool, and rooftop bar are fantastic. The breakfast selection is delicious and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Excellent location above a major shopping mall. Modern, spacious family room with breathtaking views. Metro easily accessible, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Welcoming, friendly staff on the 51st floor. Prompt ice delivery to room.

The hotel had a stunning property with beautiful rooms and great lighting. The AC controls were convenient and the staff was lovely, attentive, and professional. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, and the hotel's location, connected to the Centralworld mall, made it easy to reach all the major shopping malls in this city. Not to mention, there was easy access to grocery and restaurants within the mall.

What a fantastic business trip! I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks offered in the lobby, as well as the complimentary daily breakfast. the location was perfect for my business needs, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. the gym and pool were also great ways to unwind after a day of meetings.

The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times. the room service was a bit pricey.
