The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, recently renovated, and had comfortable beds. The hotel had a great location in the mountains, close to the White Rock visitor's center for the shuttle to Bandolier National Monument. The breakfast offered plenty of food and variety, and the staff was friendly. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were also great.

The location is great, with a down Vietnamese restaurant nearby and Bandolier National Monument just a short distance away. Make sure to visit Overlook Park in White Rock, it offers breathtaking views. The rooms are well-furnished, clean, and the bathrooms are well-stocked. The service is excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is delicious, and they even offer evening snacks like chicken wings and Jalapeño chips.

The hotel could improve its snow removal service during winter storms.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Los Alamos for a few nights while visiting Bandelier. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel in this category. There was a great variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, bagels, and cereal. The coffee was also very good. The beds were extremely comfortable, on the firmer side which I prefer. The staff was helpful and the location between Bandelier and Los Alamos was ideal.

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, I had a great experience with the staff who were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was the layout of the room, with a spacious sitting area and a separate door leading outside. It was a unique setup that added to the overall comfort.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as limited dining options nearby and some ongoing painting during my stay, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable rooms.

Recently renovated, well-kept facility with extremely clean rooms. Enjoyed the hot breakfast with a variety of options and the convenience of having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

Initial room had disruptive noise from HVAC machinery, but the staff was accommodating in changing our room. Some communication issues with the front desk staff, but the helpful hotel manager made up for it.

We had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! the rooms were updated and comfy, with crisp and warm bed linens. We loved having a fridge and microwave in our room, it was so convenient. the breakfast bar was amazing, with a variety of juices and smoothies, delicious mini waffles, and plenty of toppings. the hotel also had a sauna and a 24-hour fitness room, which we enjoyed using every night. the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downsides were that parking around the hotel was scarce after 8 pm, and there weren't many choices for dinner nearby without going to Los Alamos. Additionally, the breakfast area could get crowded as there weren't a lot of tables and chairs.

Despite being in a rural area, it was still convenient for our pilgrimage to El Sanctuario de Chimayó. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't miss visiting Overlook Park, a truly incredible municipal park with a view that rivals those found in national parks. The convenient proximity to the White Rock visitor's center, where you can catch the shuttle to Bandalier National Monument, is a big plus for exploration enthusiasts. Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a couch and kitchenette, making it a comfortable stay.
