Database Room was exceptional and very clean, spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food was fantastic and the breakfast view was simply breathtaking - felt like you were sat in paradise! Staff were friendly, helpful and always available. Pool was great. Situated right by the beach and close to the main area of interest.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel, as it was not far from the pier and very close to all the activities in this beautiful island. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to everything we needed, including great restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.

We loved the location of this hotel! It's just a 5-minute walk from the pier and right on the waterfront, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The entrance has a modern and elegant feel, with beautiful glass walls and a garden. We enjoyed the live music in the evening at the outdoor restaurant, which had great food and drinks. The staff was very friendly, bringing us orange juice and cold towels upon our arrival.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right on Phi Phi island and close to everywhere. It was convenient being across from a small beach and just a short walk away from the Pier. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fab pool and a TV in the room with US channels. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. the best aspects of my stay were the hotel's location on the beach and its fantastic staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location on the waterfront was absolutely beautiful. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were very convenient. I also loved the balcony and sitting area, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly and made me feel welcome. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My partner and I stayed at Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel And Resort- Sha Extra Plus for a week and it was incredible. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The hotel's location is perfect, right off the ferry and close to everything we needed. The swimming pool is beautiful, and we loved being able to book tours and do laundry on-site. a lovely hotel with attentive staff and great amenities.

The honeymoon decorations were a lovely touch. The hotel upgraded our room and even sent us a fruit plate. Our stay was made so enjoyable thanks to Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel And Resort- Sha Extra Plus's thoughtful hospitality. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about my thanksgiving stay was the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was great, close to the pier and the main strip, making it easy to explore the area. the pool area was quite inviting and it was nice to have a dip whenever it was too hot to walk around.

My room was awful, with terrible smelling and stained sheets. There were so many mosquitoes that I ended up getting more bites here than anywhere else on my entire trip.
