I had such a great time staying at this hotel for my birthday! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room for free when they found out it was my special day. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions and sites. I could even see one of the famous landmarks from the breakfast room! Plus, there was a tram line nearby, making it easy to explore the city without needing a taxi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting for the first time like myself. The service and hospitality were exceptional, especially from the manager who made my stay absolutely wonderful.

Staying in the heart of the city made our Istanbul experience unforgettable. The hotel's location is perfect – just a few steps away from all the famous sightseeings, yummy Turkish restaurants and activities. Our room had a great view and was very spacious. The bathroom was clean and modern. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We loved the delicious breakfast selection.

Staying here was an amazing experience! This place had a perfect location in the heart of all the main attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service that included room service, car hire, and laundry. The staff was exceptional with their hospitality and always ready to help - especially the manager who made my stay wonderful. The quality of the rooms was great with soundproof walls, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool and sauna were certainly a plus. I enjoyed a relaxing massage and the sun terrace was perfect for basking in the sun.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the main street and within walking distance of all the landmarks in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa which had a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean room and the delicious breakfast with a great selection. The staff, especially Shah, were warm, friendly, and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for the money at this place was on point. The room facilities were top-notch, like a four-star hotel, and the location was prime. Plus, the staff treated us like VIPs from the moment we stepped in.
