During my recent stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort, I was amazed by the stunning location of the hotel. Being right in the middle of everything made it convenient for exploring the area. The fact that the beach is literally part of the hotel was a dream come true. The beach itself was absolutely amazing, with lovely white sandy shores. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and provided a 10/10 service throughout my stay. The facilities were also top-notch, with two swimming pools, two jacuzzis, and a pool bar where I enjoyed happy hour from 5pm - 7pm.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when we had some issues with the A/C in our room. However, the hotel staff promptly fixed the problem, ensuring our comfort during our stay.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and amenities for both adults and children. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and a complimentary mini bar. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience great. The breakfast options are amazing, with something for everyone. The pools are really nice, and there are plenty of sunbeds available, which cannot be reserved. The location is perfect, as it is at the start of the resort, providing both a quiet atmosphere and easy access to the hustle and bustle of the Main Street in Chewang. The beach is right on your doorstep, and there are market stalls, spas, bars, and restaurants nearby.

My stay at the Chaweng Regent Beach Resort - Sha Extra Plus was a memorable experience. The spacious rooms were well-priced and the staff was always eager to help with a smile. The resort itself had a lovely ambiance and the pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It felt safe and was suitable for both couples and families. I highly recommend this resort.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast options were extremely limited and repetitive, especially for Muslim guests.

It was all superb.

The resort is located right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. With two magnificent swimming pools, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a jacuzzi and a private balcony. Additionally, the breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options to cater to every taste.

Some guests experienced noise disturbances from certain guests, and it seems that the staff did not effectively address this issue.

The hotel offered us two bottles of complimentary water per day and the internet was free of charge. the location was great for exploring the city as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the shops and beaches.

The staff did not seem very friendly and welcoming during our Christmas stay. the pool area was overcrowded with guests and it was hard to find a quiet spot to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the Sauna and Spa centre, made our relaxation time unforgettable. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and offered stunning views. the health club and beach access gave us the opportunity to stay fit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the massage we had was one of the best we've ever experienced.

The only negative aspect was the minor noise from the ongoing building works. the exceptional service made up for it.

The bar had live music till early morning, the wine cellar was impressive, the spa was the best for Thai massages, the resort had unique activities, and the beach was stunning.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the pool area was also very nice, with plenty of loungers and a swim-up bar where you could enjoy a refreshing drink. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and often had a negative attitude.

Best Location and Breakfast: the hotel is perfectly situated near markets, shopping centers, and restaurants. It is also right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is fabulous and has a good variety of food options.

Worst Pool Area and Crowdedness: the hotel's pool area can get quite crowded, especially during peak times. It would be great if the hotel had a third pool to accommodate the large number of guests.
