Some of the plug sockets and light switches in our room were not working, which is surprising for a resort of this caliber.

this place is super chill and the staff is really friendly, they make u feel right at home. loved the chill vibes by the beach and the two pools are awesome. breakfast had some good stuff, especially the poached eggs, and the massaman curry we tried for dinner was delish! the landscaping is beautifull, it felt like a tropical paradise. getting around was easy since everything is close by.

but the mosquitos were kinda annoying, no matter how much repellent we used. also, our jacuzzi didn’t work like it should, was a bummer.

The front desk needs a serious language overhaul. not having a room key upon check-in felt unprofessional!!! The dining situation could use more variety instead of the same old themes. More attention to the upkeep of facilities is necessary!!!

The staff were super friendly, always keen to help out. Had a lekker time chilling by the pool and the beach was just a stone throw away. Brekkie was decent, especially loved the fresh fruit and omelette station. The landscaping gave off serious tropical paradise feels!

We had so much fun at the beach pool and loved the spacious layout. We also checked out the garden pool for some more relaxing vibes. Make sure you try the food from the on-site restaurants. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help us arrange island tours and excursions.

One night was pretty noisy since planes flew over the hotel, and we heard some loud music from nearby bars. It was a bit of a buzzkill when we were trying to chill out. Just keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise.
