Great value for money, especially for a longer stay. Convenient location inside the South East corner of the moat with plenty of restaurants, food stalls, minimarts, and massage places nearby. Comfortable rooms with attention to detail, such as a brightly lit makeup table, flatscreen TV, and free bottled water.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials and have a view of the nearby park. The location is perfect, just within the Old City, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The breakfast is a highlight, with fresh fruit juices included and a different one served each day.

The pool at Chiang Mai Boutique House was a refreshing oasis after a long day exploring the city. It was clean and well-maintained, and I loved that they provided towels specifically for the pool. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with the night market and many restaurants just a short walk away. I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at Chiang Mai Boutique House.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming decor and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The rooms, although not very spacious, were well-furnished and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were small but tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist us when needed. The hotel's location in the Old City was perfect, with local bars nearby and both night markets within walking distance. We also enjoyed being in the center of the city, which made exploring Chiang Mai very convenient.

The noise from the street outside could be a bit bothersome at times.

The pool was the best part of my stay in this cozy hotel during Christmas, I could cool off from the heat and relax my muscles after a day tour. Another great thing about this hotel was the breakfast, diverse and tasty every day. the location was fantastic, near the to-go places to eat, walk, shop and experience the city's nightlife.

The noise from outside was quite disturbing, mainly in the mornings. the rooms were a bit small, with no room to put your belongings, but it was okay because I was mostly outside exploring.

The location was perfect for us, as it was in the old town and just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, shops, and the nightly street food market. We recently stayed at a lovely room in the heart of the Old town, just a short walk from the Chiang Mai gate food markets and some of our favorite restaurants. Boutique House provided a peaceful retreat with its beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms. the comfortable bed, good aircon, and luxurious bathroom with an enclosed shower made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the extra amenities such as the water dispenser, daily cleaning, and the pool where we could cool off after a hot day exploring. the central location allowed us to easily explore the area by foot, and despite the nearby road and bars, the noise didn't bother us. This is definitely a place we would return to!
