My recent stay at a hotel in Patong was mostly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities were impressive and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, as it was only a short 10-minute walk to all the attractions that Patong has to offer. But what truly made my stay memorable was the excellent treatment I received from the hotel manager and their assistant, Annie & Phat. Their hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional, and it was a pleasure to meet them. my experience at the hotel was positive and I even decided to extend my stay.

One disappointment during my stay was the lack of vegetarian breakfast options. Despite informing the hotel beforehand about my dietary requirements, they did not have enough variety for vegetarians.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to the buzzing nightlife and the beautiful Patong beach. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel also has a great pool area and offers happy hour deals.

Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, with certain areas showing signs of grime and mold.

I've stayed at this resort multiple times, and I have to say that Deevana Plaza Phuket - Sha Extra Plus was the best experience so far. The staff was absolutely amazing - so friendly, helpful, and nice. The bed in the room was the most comfortable I've ever had in Thailand, and it was huge. The location of the resort was perfect for us, with a top market next door and plenty of dining options nearby. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a coffee machine, pancake maker, and even personalized noodle dishes upon request. Another great perk was the free mini bar that was stocked every day at 9 am, including water, juice, beer, coke. Plus, we received four bottles of water every day for various uses. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Phuket.

The pool was also a highlight of our stay, providing a great opportunity to relax and unwind. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel was an incredible choice for our romantic getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible complementary offerings that came with our stay, including a spacious and comfortable room with a baby cot for our use. The location of the hotel was key in making our trip so enjoyable - we were just steps away from countless restaurants, bars, and a beautiful beach. The pool area was fantastic too, with a fun slide and plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.

Our only real complaint was with the pillows - they must have been brand new, as they were quite high and made it a bit tough to get comfortable and rest well. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the great aspects of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area yet still right at the center of all the action in Patong beach. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar where we could relax and enjoy a few drinks. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options provided.

The breakfast had so much variety and was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The hotel layout was beautiful, with an open air lobby leading to an amazing pool and pool bar. We also enjoyed the free activities like yoga and water polo. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Patong Beach and surrounded by food markets and convenience stores. It was the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility.

The hotel had a beautiful pool with a great pool bar, where we could enjoy our drinks while sitting in the water. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast area was often crowded, and it took a while for the staff to clean the tables after guests left. We had to wait to be seated at a clean table on a couple of occasions.
