The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to the train station and points of interest. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having a mini-supermarket nearby for snacks and drinks. The air-conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool on hot days. Plus, the bar at the hotel offered a glass of good red wine for just 2 euros. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Serrano and would highly recommend it.
