Exceptional staff service and elegant decor.

There were significant issues with the rooftop pool cleanliness, which was disappointing. During my six-day stay, it was never cleaned, making it unhealthy to use as there were droppings from pigeons. I had high expectations for enjoying the pool, especially since the hotel presented it as a key feature, only to feel frustrated and unable to use it at all.

Everything about my stay was fantastic! ! The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh juices and pastries. The room was comfortable and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, I encountered some frustrating issues with bathroom facilities. There was a lack of privacy in the setup, and the sliding door didn’t provide the comfort I expected, which was quite disappointing.

We enjoy the modern and stylish facilities, especially the rooftop pool that provides a great place to relax after exploring. The location is fantastic, as it is in a safe neighborhood close to a metro station that easily connects us to main attractions and local dining options.

Our experience was marred by a few frustrations. The shower was complex to operate, making it difficult to switch from the handheld shower to the overhead one. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom setup was disappointing as the sliding door didn't provide adequate comfort. To make matters worse, the daily cleaning service was inconsistent, affecting our overall experience during our stay.

We loved the cozy vibe and convenient location near awesome places like the FC Barcelona museum and the Gran Liceo theater. The staff was super friendly and helped us feel at home. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to unwind.

I sipped on glasses of 3 Euro cava while soaking up the sun it felt like pure luxury after a long day exploring. The beds were super comfortable and the shower felt amazing after all that walking around. The staff was super friendly they made you feel like you were part of the family always willing to help with a smile.

The price wasn't exactly pocket change but honestly, for everything you get, it felt alright.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and air conditioning. I fondly remember the staff helping with my luggage on my first stay. I highly recommend sipping cava by the rooftop pool. I'm coming back for a romantic escape!
