The coffee at breakfast was simply awful, and the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant during breakfast was unbearable. Plus, the pillows were far too soft, causing me discomfort and back pain. Also, the cleaning service failed us one day, despite pressing the button for cleaning—the room was untouched, which is not what I expect from a hotel of this standard.

We had an enjoyable vacation. The staff was exceptional, especially Rak, who made us feel welcome. The pool area has a lovely vibe, and although not beachfront, it's relaxing. Dining was a treat with delicious food. Highly recommend considering the room for its fresh and modern feel.
