I had a great experience with the huge swimming pool and varied breakfast options. however, the elevators took forever during peak hours. I’d definitely come back for the comfort!

Absolutely loved the spacious apartment! A delightful kitchenette made late-night snacks a breeze. The location was spot on, right by the BTS and some fabulous shopping malls—really unbeatable!

However, those elevators took ages. my patience has left the building! And seriously, those lobby sofas seemed more popular than my weekend brunch spot!

The Emporium Suites are a gem, especially for families. The location above the Emporium mall made shopping and dining super easy. The room was spacious and the staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and helpful.

I tell ya what, that big ol’ pool was just what we needed, and my kids didn’t wanna leave it! Room was larger than my living room back home, which was nice 'cause we felt right at home. The folks at the front desk were real kind, too. Just wish the walk from the mall was open when it rained.

Superb location! Just a few minutes to the MRT and loads of shopping and dining right at your doorstep. The spacious room was a delight, and that pool? Absolute bliss!

But seriously, those elevators have a mind of their own—couldn't we just use a stair master instead? And don't even think about being late for breakfast. it disappears faster than my willpower at a dessert buffet!

Location is top-notch, right next to the BTS! Loved that I could easily hit up the Emporium mall and the parks nearby. The staff were real chommies, super helpful when I needed anything—felt so lekker connecting with them! Also, the brekkie was lekker, such a variety!

The hotel staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, decorating our rooms for special occasions with flowers and complimentary wine.

Unfortunately, our rooms lacked certain crucial kitchen utensils, which made cooking for our children a bit of a hassle until we requested them from housekeeping.

i was almost ready to rave about the location, but alas! the elevators were a disaster, only 2 working which caused mayhem. and don't even get me started on how i found a cockroach in my closet! disappointing given the less-than-stellar amenities, a complimentary drink surely would have been nice. sigh, i just couldn't give a good review.

Our stay was incredible! The direct access to shopping and the BTS was a major plus. We enjoyed dining at the on-site Chinese restaurant, where dim sum was a delightful surprise. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet—just arrive early to beat the rush! Clean accommodations added to our satisfaction.

chatrium has a great location, right near shopping malls and eateries. we loved that the bts station is just outside, making it super convenient. the swimming pool was a perfect escape from the city hustle, providing a lovely spot for some relaxation. the staff was friendly and very helpful too.

i would add that the walk through the emporium mall is limited, so plan accordingly if it rains.

The spacious one-bedroom suite had a full kitchen, perfect for families. The pool is stunning, great for a hot day, and the nearby parks were a hit with the kids. The proximity to BTS made exploring so easy. Plus, I got my goggles back from the pool attendant, which was awesome!

I had a lovely stay with a huge Grand Deluxe King room and enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet. Just wish the elevators were more reliable—those lines could be a hassle! Would stay again!
