We had an issue with the bathroom toilet in our room. Despite the desk clerk's attempt to fix it with a plunger, it remained non-functional for the duration of our trip.

Located near Scheel's soccer complex and just off I-35, this hotel is a great stop for sports families. Rooms had a semi-separate sitting area providing an extra convenicence. Guests could easily access nearby restaurants and shops. Linens and towels were of good quality, providing a comfortable stay.

I stayed at Best Western for 3 nights while visiting family. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and the room had two TVs, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the coffee was always fresh and hot. The parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of electrical outlets in the room. I was very satisfied with my stay and would give the hotel a 9 out of 10.
