The staff provided excellent medical support, rescheduling flights and extending our stay. The room was comfortable with a great bed. Poolside staff were attentive. The resort has beautiful views and everything you need on-site, including two restaurants. They offer shuttle services to the old city.

We had an awesome stay at Four Seasons Chiang Mai! The spacious and clean penthouse residence was perfect for our family. The live-in butler, Nong, provided excellent service, making us feel like royalty. The resort's attention to detail and personalized experiences, like the amazing elephant encounter and hot air balloon ride, made our vacation unforgettable. The kids loved the kids club and we all enjoyed the delicious BBQ prepared by the attentive staff. From start to finish, the level of service and care exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back! I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable experience.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We especially appreciated the personalized touches, like the birthday decorations and gifts for my daughter. The location was also fantastic, offering a peaceful and scenic setting not far from the bustling city of Chiang Mai. We loved being surrounded by lush vegetation and being able to enjoy activities like feeding the buffalos and exploring the rice fields.

Some parts of the hotel seemed a bit outdated, and the rooms on the first floor were slightly damp. We recommend requesting a room on the second floor.

We are a couple traveling for a month in Thailand for our honeymoon and this is the best hotel we have been to! If you come to the Chiang Mai area, don't miss it! We stayed at the pool villa and didn't want to leave so we booked an extra night. The hotel is amazing in its beauty, but what really made our stay is the amazing staff there who studied our needs and always knew what we wanted ahead of us. Special thanks to Mr. Prime or as we called him Mr. Supreme! who gave us personal attention and the feeling that we always have a friend here at the resort. He even helped us to plan the rest of our trip! A huge thanks to the amazing team, we will remember every moment of this special vacation. Hope to see you soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of a beautiful forest. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a kids camp with plenty of activities. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, addressing us by our names and taking extra care of us, even providing special assistance for a pregnant guest. The breakfast offered was the best we had during our time in this city.
