My stay at Hyatt House was amazing. The room size was perfect, and the complimentary breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. I loved having a full kitchen in my room, complete with a dishwasher. The staff were professional, polite, and exceptional. They even accommodated my request for a king bed and high floor. I highly recommend this hotel and its convenient location.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with the sink and TV in our room, but the staff tried their best to resolve it. They even offered us compensation points. The breakfast buffet was decent and we enjoyed the fresh baked cookies at check-in. The room itself was clean and beautiful.

We discovered an oasis in the middle of a desert of blah hotels, with a perfect location in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us around the area. The suite was spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a large shower. We enjoyed a fulfilling breakfast in the morning, complete with omelettes made to order and a variety of items to choose from. The pool area was clean and inviting, with plenty of lounging space.

The lighting in the room could have been better, making it a bit dark.

The room at Hyatt House was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The convenience of having a free breakfast with a variety of choices was a definite plus. Despite the initial issue with the room, the front desk staff quickly resolved it and found us an alternative room.
