Super comfy bed in dorm room, soft pillow and blanket, curtains ensuring privacy, TV and locker. Water available and refilled every day. Towel changed every day. Toiletries and hairdryer provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to rail link to the airport. Delicious food at the hostel with incredible meals. Excellent customer service, treated like staying in a more expensive hotel. Respectful and quiet roommates. Clean washrooms.

Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist always greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to assist us during our stay. She even helped us with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. The staff definitely made us feel welcome and valued as guests.

One specific situation that stood out was when we encountered a minor issue with the elevator malfunctioning. It was a bit scary at first, but the front desk and manager were quick to address the problem and ensure our safety.
