I had a great time staying at Grand 5 Hotel & Plaza Sukhumvit. The location was perfect, close to shops and nightlife. The staff, especially Roy at the reception, were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was modern and clean, with spacious bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and I had a consistent hot shower throughout my stay. I found the hotel to be a good value for money, especially considering its central location. I would definitely recommend staying at Grand 5 Hotel & Plaza Sukhumvit.

Great location near train station, restaurants, and supermarket. Quick response and room change. Good breakfast. Modern hotel with great WiFi and water pressure. Nice lobby in shopping area with good deals. Close to food shops and variety of cuisine. Small mall on ground floor with multiple lifts.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the convenient location near the SKYTRAIN and other attractions. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and there were plenty of shops and eating choices, particularly for Muslims and Middle Eastern cuisine. The security key system for room access was also a good feature.

The sound isolation between rooms seems to be lacking, as guests have reported being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms or the TV.

Room cleaning could be better.

We had an amazing new year experience at a hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel had two complementary and impressive facilities that added value to our stay. It was located in a bustling area and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also enjoyed the stunning views from our room.

We were not entirely impressed with the lack of variety in the food they served. We found it monotonous and the atmosphere during meals could be improved.

We did not receive the welcome drinks that were advertised, which was strange. We would also suggest that the male staff smile more and interact with customers to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
