The location was fantastic, with a beautiful beach nearby and shops and amenities within walking distance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort was environmentally conscious, which was a plus. the upgrade to the junior suite with an ocean view was worth it, as it provided stunning views during our stay.

The breakfast included was mediocre at best, so we ended up buying fruit from local street vendors instead. the room and its furnishings, particularly the bathroom, appeared dated and tired.

It was just a short taxi ride to Patong where we could enjoy the bustling nightlife, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in Kata. The view from our room was breathtaking, as we could see the ocean despite the rips being worse than anything I've seen in Australia. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. We also appreciated the facilities such as the kids club and the petanque patches.

During my xmas vacation, we were treated to two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, perfect for swimming and water activities. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a convenience store nearby where we could purchase things we needed.

The room we were assigned was quite small and cramped, and the staff was not very accommodating when we asked for a room with a better view. the food on the hotel premises was expensive and not very delicious.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort. the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft sand. It was the perfect spot for a romantic stroll or to relax and soak up the sun. the resort grounds were well-maintained and beautiful, providing a great atmosphere for a romantic escape.

One drawback was that our room initially wasn't the one we had booked and paid for, which was a disappointment. However, the issue was resolved the following day and we were given a more suitable room.
