I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Great value for money with new, clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect with a short walk to the central shopping mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Just one small suggestion to make the breakfast even better - more variety of food options in the morning would be great.

Great location near the shopping centre and easy access to the city's tourist spots. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable to sleep. the room's air conditioning was too loud and made it hard to sleep.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The spacious room had a large comfortable king-size bed and the pillows were amazing. The best part was that our room opened out onto the pool, allowing us to relax while the children had fun swimming. The pool was kid-friendly, with a shallow end and a depth of about 0.8m, making it safe for everyone.

The staff at Grand Vista Hotel Chiangrai-Sha Extra Plus were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with great tips on where to go and explore on motorbikes during our stay. The 2 bedroom suite we booked was amazing, with two levels and extra king size beds. The room faced the pool, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. The breakfast selection was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring Chiang Rai. The hotel also provided motorbike rental services, making it easy for us to get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chiang Rai.

While the room was spacious and comfortable, it would have been convenient to have a wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom on the upper floor. Additionally, hangers should have been provided in the wardrobe without the need to request them.
