Location was great, with easy access to summer activities in the area. the bed was comfy and the room was clean, which was a plus. the view from the room was also lovely, making the stay more enjoyable.

The breakfast was below average for the price, and it was disappointing to have to pay an additional $6.50 for a coffee. We often had to wait for eggs and the other food items like bacon and mushrooms were often cold.

Conveniently located opposite the lifts, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Helpful staff and parking available. The hotel has an old-fashioned charm with wooden walls and cozy gathering areas. Limited options for coeliacs at the Pub for dinner. a charming and convenient place for a snow resort getaway. 👍

The hotel's location right in the center of the village, just across from the ski lifts, is incredibly convenient. I loved how close it was to the slopes, making it easy to get on the mountain and start my day of skiing. Additionally, being close to restaurants and shops made it convenient for grabbing meals or picking up any last-minute gear.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a free 4-5 minute bus trip to the slopes, making it easy and convenient to get there. The parking was excellent, right outside the front door of the hotel. The restaurant, breakfast, drinks, and bar area were all brilliant.

The hotel is right in the centre of the village, making it convenient for exploring. The room was not only comfortable but also very clean, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was fantastic, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The highlight of our trip was definitely the Geminids meteor shower hike, which was an incredible experience. The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and well-organized. It's definitely a bucket list item that I highly recommend. I hope to return next year for the same adventure.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The drying room for ski equipment was not large enough to fit snowboards, and ski boots barely fit into the cages.

The room had a nice mountain view and was spacious with plenty of furniture and powerpoints. the breakfast had lots of variety and there was ample parking available.

The maintenance of the hotel was lacking, with weeds and loose bricks at the entrance and cobwebs on the windows. the room was not replenished with toiletries and we had to ask for sanitary bags daily.

We had a great time at this place. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the activities in the mountains. The staff were amazing and provided top-notch service. The room amenities were excellent, with a cozy sitting area and comfortable beds. The hotel also had a sauna and a swimming pool for relaxation, and there was even live entertainment at night. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there were plenty of off-site car parking spaces available. We highly recommend this hotel to families.

I recently stayed at a mountain hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for all my activities as it was surrounded by breathtaking views. The staff provided exceptional service, from room service to tours/ticket assistance, they were always available to help out. The amenities in the room were impressive, with tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a television. I also enjoyed the garden furniture, where I sat and had my morning coffee.

I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for an amazing mountain hotel experience.

We had a fantastic stay at an Alpine hotel in Thredbo. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views right from our room. The food, both at the complimentary breakfast and in the restaurant, was absolutely delicious. The service we received was excellent, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Alpine getaway.

The bed was not very comfortable and the lack of air conditioning made the room too warm for my liking. the music played in the bar lounge was too loud and sometimes inappropriate.
