We absolutely loved staying here! The location couldn't be better, right on the train station and positioned you close to everything. The service was top-notch, with dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and room amenities like heating. The dining restaurant provided delicious breakfast options, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The public bath facilities were a real treat, and we felt rejuvenated after using them.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends! The leisure massage and other facilities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception were all appreciated.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay in a hotel which made the trip even more special. the hotel was centrally located, very convenient to get around. the 24-hour public bath was very relaxing and the view from the top floor was breathtaking. the hotel offered a free breakfast buffet and unexpected evening snacks, which was a nice touch and a great way to save money.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. the hotel did not offer any shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it a bit difficult to get around, especially when carrying luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to a shopping mall and dining street, providing plenty of options for entertainment and food. The rooms are clean and fresh, with spacious twin rooms offering a better view. The staff is welcoming and pleasant, offering great service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices, including delicious Japanese food. there is a nice onsen bath for a relaxing experience.

The rooms can be a bit small, making it challenging to open suitcases widely on the floor.
