I got great value for my money at Holiday Inn Express Sathorn. The room was comfortable and the staff treated me like family. The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local dining options.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of dishes.

Additionally, there are plenty of options for dining nearby, such as Lek Seafood restaurant and a local food court. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a good variety of options including vegetarian choices. The staff at this hotel are friendly and passionate about providing excellent service.

The clock beside the bed was out of order for the last two days, but the housekeeper did not fix it.

stayed for a couple of nights and holiday inn express in silom exceeded expectations. great location, close to skytrain, local market, and nightlife. clean modern rooms with friendly staff. a perfect base for exploring the city.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the practical and comfortable room with up-to-date, hi-tech amenities. The hotel's close proximity to the BTS station made it easily accessible. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice vibe. I particularly liked the excellent water pressure in the bathroom, which is often poor in older Bangkok hotels.

The daily room service was excellent, with our room being cleaned and replenished with fresh towels and bottled water. The hotel even had a self-service laundry on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was acceptable, although we felt that it could have had more variety and been served until a later time. we had a great and enjoyable stay at any Holiday Inn Express hotel!
