The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with parking and luggage. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with amazing views of the mountains. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel even had a spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Berchtesgaden.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Documentation museum and lake Königssee. However, it is situated on a steep hill if coming from the train station. It is also conveniently located near the pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying. Some rooms even have a stunning view of the surrounding scenery.

The hotel can get hot and noisy, especially on the lower floors where windows cannot be fully opened.

As older guests, we thoroughly enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel and the neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful terrace view. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of local products. The staff, particularly Franz, provided outstanding customer service and gave helpful advice. The spa facilities, including the jacuzzi and sauna, were relaxing. Plus, the hotel offers a convenient parking lot.

had an amazing overnight stay in Berchtesgaden, and Alpinaros exceeded my expectations! The stunning views, comfortable rooms, and outstanding customer service from Franz made it one of the best stays ever. The breakfast was incredible too. Will definitely be recommending it to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at Alpinaros! the family room was spacious with stunning mountain views and even a glimpse of the Eagle's Nest. the staff, though initially unfriendly, turned out to be very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and delicious scrambled eggs. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions like Hitler's Eagles Nest, the Salt Mines, and Austria's Ice Cave. the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, and we enjoyed the peacefulness of being away from the town's main streets.

Spent xmas here and it was wonderful! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just out of this world, with freshly baked pastries, delicious muesli, and amazing coffee. They even had some complimentary cookies and mulled wine to enjoy by the fireplace. the view from the room's balcony was breathtaking! We could see the snow-capped mountains and the cozy little houses in the valley. the location was perfect, just a few steps from the main street with all the shops and restaurants.

There were a few things that could've been better. Our room was quite dimly lit, with only a few lamps that were not very powerful.

Berchtesgaden is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts like us. We had a fantastic time skiing down the slopes and cycling through the scenic trails. The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for mountain biking and hiking. The hotel's central location made it super convenient to explore the town and enjoy all the exciting activities nearby. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast that fueled us for our adventures.

The one thing we wished for during our stay was more options for young party-goers. While we had an amazing time exploring the great outdoors, we were hoping for some lively nightlife options to make the evenings more memorable.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the central shopping and dining area in the village, as well as to the shuttle for the tour of the Eagle's Nest. Additionally, it was very close to all must-see points in the area. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it was also very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window/balcony was beautiful. The breakfast provided was superb, with a great selection of fresh food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with one staff member at the reception giving us two quality recommendations for activities despite the rainy weather.

They provide excellent room service and are very accommodating to your needs. The amenities offered are impressive, including a spa and wellness center where you can unwind and relax. my stay here was fantastic and I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
