We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect and very convenient for us as it was located at the shopping area with easy access to the tube. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The staff provided excellent room service and the housekeeping was impressive. We especially enjoyed the coffee/tea in the lobby and the bar/lounge area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

Families will have a great time here as this venue provides excellent facilities and services for everyone.

Our second stay at Hyatt Place and it was still great! The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, and has adequate air conditioning. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh and tasty food. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, and our request for connecting rooms was fulfilled. They even have vegetarian/vegan options labeled at the buffet. The rooftop bar is also a great feature.

My thanksgiving trip was great thanks to excellent service. the room was very spacious and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks as well as the beautiful city view. the location was perfect - in the heart of the city and close to everything.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the shower temperature was inconsistent and made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower.

Comfy bed, great view, beautiful sky bar, delicious cocktails, incredible view, simple check-in and out.
