I recently stayed at a hotel in Pattaya and was impressed by the good location and service provided by Ibis. Even though the Wi-Fi was not great, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in one of the prime areas of the city and is very close to a brand new shopping mall. It is situated in a night life area as well, which makes it perfect for those who want some entertainment. Also, the beach is just a short walk away. The rooms are functional and come with Air Con, Safety box, and tea maker. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to help. The restaurant offers an attractive menu with equally attractive prices.

The pool may not receive much sun during certain times of the year, which makes the water a bit cool.

the staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing timely and considerate customer service. the room was clean and comfortable, with white sheets and towels. the hotel also arranged taxi services for us, which were clean, comfortable, and driven by polite English-speaking drivers. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and outstanding customer service.

Convenient location for shopping, comfortable beds, and helpful tour desk staff. The property is easily accessible and has a market nearby. The rooms are clean and appropriate for a comfortable stay. The tour desk staff provides quality services with satisfying rates.

Loved the refreshing dip in the pool, Thai cuisine at The Taste, and ALL loyalty program. Great location with street-side barbecues and nightlife.

Great value for money - the prices were very reasonable with all amenities included. The hotel is located in a great open area of North Pattaya beach near Terminal 21. The staff was wonderful - very attentive and detail-oriented.

All in all, I didn't find any major negative aspects of this hotel.

Spending the New Year at this budget hotel was a good choice since its staff was amazing and always willing to help. the location was also perfect as it was in a central area with many attractions and amenities. One of them was the breakfast which had delicious choices, and the other one was the shuttle service that took us to the nearest beach. Another advantage I enjoyed was the rooftop pool which had a breathtaking view of the city.

the price was a bit high considering the basic room facilities and small bed. In my opinion, it would have been better to have more affordable rates for what was offered.
