We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us two complementary items as soon as we arrived. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. We also loved the fact that there were amazing views from our room, giving us a beautiful and relaxing experience.

There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. the pool was not as clean as we would have hoped, which prevented us from using it as much as we would have liked.

The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with the beach and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

The room at Ibis was clean and modern, with a cozy balcony. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a bunk bed for my kids. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was simple but enjoyable, especially with the cappuccino machine. The pool area had lots of lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly and budget-friendly stay.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The room size was a bit small for a family, and having two rooms with an interconnecting door would have been more convenient.

had an amazing stay at ibis patong phuket. staff was so friendly and welcoming, especially Pat who went above and beyond. room was perfect for celebrating my birthday. great location, just a 3 min walk to the beach. yummy breakfast and comfy beds. will definitely be staying at ibis again!

We loved the balcony with its stunning view of the pool. The hotel had a safe to store our belongings, which gave us peace of mind. It was also great that computers were readily available to use. The location of the hotel was perfect - a short walk to Patong Beach and not too far from the town center. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle while still having easy access to everything. There were lots of great food and drink options surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a great time relaxing at the pool, which had plenty of sunbeds. Additionally, we appreciated the ample parking available.
