We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Jasmine Resort to find that we had been upgraded to a larger room with our own kitchen and washing machine. The facilities were exceptional, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the sauna and steam room. The location was perfect, with the BTS station right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore Bangkok. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Jasmine Resort.

This hotel boasts exclusive amenities that make it a truly luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre provides a relaxing retreat, and the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna are perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. the room advantages also exceeded my expectations, with private facilities that added an extra touch of exclusivity.

Although it provided a beautiful view, the water was quite cold which made it less enjoyable for swimming.

The swimming pool and gym area were great. I loved being able to swim multiple times daily during my stay. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, even bringing ice to my room when I asked for it. They showed gratitude whether I tipped them or not.

I didn't receive a discount credit for the six days I spent at the hotel because I booked through a third-party website. the room I was given had a strong smell of cigarettes and the bed sheets and bathrobes had noticeable stains.
