I really got a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a big and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with everything like restaurants, shops, and even a massage place within walking distance. And the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with a wider selection and hotter dishes.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, located right on the beautiful white sandy beach with several sun beds available. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, and the cleaning staff did a good job on a daily basis. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of quality food. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with stunning views.

Some guests mentioned that there were activities with loud noise until almost midnight.

The spacious and well-appointed rooms had everything we needed, from a mini-bar to a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a fantastic pool area, complete with a jacuzzi and comfortable sunbeds. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and attentive. The pool by the sea was amazing, as was the cocktail happy hour. Dinner by the sea was excellent, especially the pizza. Location was very good; close to ferry, shops, and restaurants.

Amazing location right on the white sand beach and close to lively nightlife and great restaurants. Enjoyed the stunning view of the ocean from the pool. Also appreciated the comfortable beds and the delicious food served at the restaurant nearby.

Some amenities were outdated and not functional, such as the shower temperature fluctuating constantly and the sink not letting water out. Also felt the service could have been more attentive, such as long waits for food and coffee orders.

The room looked nice, with good facilities and breakfast. The road was safe to cross thanks to a guard. The beach had rocky and sandy parts. The hotel's location was great, directly on the beach. The evening entertainment was satisfying and the staff was friendly and helpful.

During my recent stay at Kacha Resort & Spa, I was thoroughly impressed by the stunning pool area. It provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of comfortable loungers available. I enjoyed spending my days here, unwinding and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

While there were a few minor issues with the room, such as mold in the bathroom or insect eggs near the bedside lamp, it did not significantly affect my overall impression of the hotel. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

Beautiful location, great food and drinks, plenty of entertainment options. The books and magazines were a nice touch. The kid's club was fantastic for keeping the little ones occupied.

Just loved having to walk a long way to find the sandy part of the beach. So convenient.

koh Chang, not as good as before, but Kacha Resort & Spa made it memorable. Stunning beachfront villa, friendly staff, and enjoyable band and buffet nights. Beautiful grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. A great stay!
