I had a wonderful stay at a guesthouse in the heart of the Old City. the room was spacious, clean, and modern, with both an AC unit and a wall mounted fan to keep me comfortable. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even sorting out our laundry for us. They also allowed us to safely store our big rucksacks while we went on a biking trip to Pai. the location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the main street through the old city. I also loved the delicious breakfast options, especially the banana pancakes. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked an additional 2 nights when I returned from Pai. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others!

I recently stayed at a wonderful guesthouse in the heart of the old town. The owner and his wife were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Sunday market and my favorite area for strolling and exploring. The beds were unusually comfortable for Thailand, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The guesthouse even had their own taxi driver for convenient and affordable transportation. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again if I return to this city.

I was genuinely touched by the kindness and generosity of the manager and owners. After realizing I had left my small blue backpack, containing my MacBook, Kindle, and other valuable items, on the minibus or red taxi. She made calls and even accompanied me to the Tourist Police station to report the incident. With the assistance of Roger, the joint owner of the guesthouse, and the tourist policeman, we were able to locate the taxi and recover my bag with all its contents. I am truly grateful for their dedicated help. I highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and the caring nature of the staff.

loved my stay here! great location, tons of nearby attractions, and amazing thai food at Kanjana restaurant. Owner was super helpful and arranged tours for us. Rooms had a fantastic view of the old town and temples. Highly recommended!

Loved the view of the city, but unfortunately, no elevator made the climb to my room a good workout. Couldn't find a hair dryer, had to let the wind do the job.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was very close to the Tha Pae Gate, cafes, restaurants, street food stalls, and public transportation. It was also really convenient for exploring the city, and especially close to the Sunday night market. The hotel staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a good experience at a guesthouse in central Chiang Mai. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering me good prices for local excursions. the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby points of interest. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered each morning.

The cleaning was somewhat poor, and I found ants in both of the rooms I stayed in. the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor in the second room, and there was a noticeable noise from a pump that ran until late at night, which disturbed my sleep.
