We had an amazing evening Safari with an experienced guide who pointed out all the animals along the way. we went on a two-day jungle and lake trip, which was an awesome and memorable experience. the hotel itself is situated near the jungle and offers spacious rooms with comfortable amenities. the staff is friendly and organizes trips to the national park. the location is peaceful and close to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the complimentary water provided daily, and the air conditioning worked well. the rooms on the river even had balconies, perfect for relaxation while listening to the soothing sound of the water.

The rooms at this hotel were basic but clean, and had adequate facilities. There were plenty of towels provided, which was a plus. The highlight of my stay was the staff member named Molly. She was entertaining and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Another advantage of this hotel was the restaurant. The food was good and the service was also great.

The service at the restaurant was very poor. I had to call the wait staff multiple times just to place my order, and even then, they were more focused on chatting than attending to the customers.

The location is ideal, close to restaurants, tour companies, and the national park entrance. The sister hotel, Rainforest Lodge, offers new and immaculate rooms. The staff is friendly and the room is clean with regular housekeeping. The breakfast is varied and satisfying.
