We were warmly welcomed by the manager upon arrival, which made us feel appreciated and valued as guests. the resort had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful gardens and a riverside setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a private outdoor seating area. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, and there was even an egg station. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this lovely hotel along the river bank. the room was spacious and the French doors opened up to a beautiful pond view. the property itself was huge, with stunning buildings, gardens, and ponds surrounding it. the breakfast by the water was a delightful start to the day, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We also appreciated the option to hire a car and explore the main sites in Chiang Rai. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The hotel shuttle costs were too expensive, so it's better to use Grab taxis. the food at the restaurants was not impressive and the prices were inflated.
