As a business owner in the travel sector, I spent several days carrying out Resort Inspections on Koh Phangan. Out of all the 4 & 5 star resorts I visited, Longtail Beach Resort stood out with its exceptional staff, clean and comfy rooms, immaculate grounds, and delicious food at excellent prices. The breakfast options were varied, and they even included high-quality cappuccinos and lattes. The pool boasted fabulous views, and the beach had swings for children to play. It's the perfect spot for families, and the short walk to shops and restaurants is a bonus.

I stayed at a beachside hotel with amazing views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the beach and had great facilities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The resort provides spacious and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and fans. They offer a wide selection of meals and the staff are friendly and great with kids. The location on a beautiful white sandy beach with a pool and restaurant overlooking the sea is stunning. The gardens are well-maintained and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance. The transportation to and from the resort was efficient and on time.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.
