Had a great trip with friends! The hotel is super close to Old Town, which is perfect for exploring local shops and trying street food. We loved the breakfast. definitely a filling way to start the day. The staff were polite and accommodating. For quieter nights, try to request a room away from the nightclubs. We visited the Big Buddha and some beautiful beaches during our stay.

However, we did encounter a bit of noise at night from the nightclub below, which affected our sleep. This was a little disappointing.

Request a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from neighboring rooms and ensure a quieter stay.

The staff, especially Pattarawadee, were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel special.

While the rooms were comfortable, there was a notable lack of sound isolation. we could hear conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The hotel has loud street noise that disrupts sleep!!! Poor bathroom finishes for an upscale venue!!! Slow check-in process leaves much to be desired!!! The fitness suite is small and could use more equipment!!!

Room's comfy and the breakfast was killer, but the carpet had a bit of an old rug smell. Still, it’s all sweet as for the price!

Lovely location, right by the old town! My room was spacious and had a nice city view, perfect for morning coffee. The pool area was fab—my daughter adored the kids club. it kept her happily occupied!

However, some of the staff acted like they were auditioning for a reality show—so dramatic! And a bit of a wait for water at the front desk? A real thirst quencher in the middle of a tropical paradise!

A fantastic 14-night escape at the Courtyard! The rooftop pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the gym, albeit small, offered useful equipment. Friendly staff made our stay even better. we loved every interaction. The location offers easy access to Phuket Old Town. Highly recommend it!

We had an enjoyable two-night stay. The staff was always warm and welcoming. The convenient location made exploring easy, and our Deluxe King Room had a beautiful city view. For families, consider requesting a room away from the bar to enjoy quieter nights! Perfect for exploring the city!

The suite upgrade was epic! Loved the coffee experience with a skilled barista. Also, the location is perfect for exploring the Old Town!

Felt very well, no reason to complain.
