We had a pleasant stay at Ascott. the spacious apartment was well-equipped with kitchenware, and everything was new and clean. the room cleanliness was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the pool, which had a nice view, and the food at the hotel was delicious. the 3 o'clock checkout time was convenient for us.

We had a fantastic stay at Ascott! the hotel was clean and comfortable, and it was evident that the staff took great care of the property. One of the highlights was the pool area, especially with the addition of the massager chair. It was a brilliant idea because I could relax and enjoy the massage while keeping an eye on my kids as they swam. the location was also excellent, with Lotte shopping Avenues just a short 5-10 minute walk away. We had no trouble getting a taxi or Grab to visit other nearby malls like Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia. Ascott provided a great experience for us and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Spacious room with useful amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and toaster. Large refrigerator provided. Living room available. Service is fast and great. Kid-friendly. Close to shopping malls.

Gym, spa & tennis court to sweat it out, while staff assists with laundry & room service. Fully-furnished apartments with free WiFi, near shopping malls. Separate living areas - finally some space! Also, the billiard game was a nice touch.

Who needs functioning elevators anyway? So thrilled to wait forever while staring at broken ones.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. No long queues or waiting. The room amenities were impressive, with a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was convenient for reaching central and south Jakarta.

It was difficult to find a taxi from the hotel, and even when we did, it was a challenge to explain the location to the drivers. The windows in the room were not sound-proof enough, so traffic noise was still audible on the 33rd floor.

The limited number of working elevators mentioned in some reviews could be a minor inconvenience for larger groups.
