The hotel offers new and fully equipped facilities, including a coffee maker in the room. The staff is friendly and the ocean view room is clean. They provided excellent assistance for finding nearby fishing spots and even gave free shrimp baits. The breakfast is great and the bed is comfortable with good pillows.

Large, clean, well-appointed room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and nice overall feel. Good parking. Well-equipped with coffee machine, stove, microwave, and more. Big balcony. Spacious bathroom with ample toiletry storage and towel racks. Good breakfast. Convenient location near Governor's mansion. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb service.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood right in the city, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions such as Samila beach and the Old Town area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a large bed, comfy pillows, and a cutesy balcony for two. The staff are friendly and try their best to make your stay pleasant, even going the extra mile to accommodate special requests like chilling wine and getting ice from outside.

The towel rack and face covering of one of the electrical outlets in the room were loose and not fixed during our stay.

The room was decent and clean enough. the staff did a great job in attending to our needs and were very polite. the hotel's location was perfect since it was near the tourist hotspots and accessible to public transportation. We enjoyed the hotel's complimentary breakfast which was a great value for money.

Our experience was ruined because of the loud music from the nearby establishment. We weren't able to sleep early because the noise was unbearable.
