The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the car park attendant to the cleaners. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with really comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The pool area was beautiful, with a lovely coffee/cocktail bar. The location was convenient, only a short taxi ride away from town. it was a great experience.

The lack of English TV channels.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the front desk team, security, and bellboys were all very professional and welcoming. the modern suite we stayed in was lovely and comfortable, with a spacious sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a high bar table. the bathroom was great and the bed was super comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the mood lighting and the small terrace with a table and chairs. the design of the hotel, from the entrance to the restaurant and café, was superb. the pool was also stylish and had a great atmosphere, especially at night. the management and staff were excellent, and we were impressed with the delicious Thai/Western breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer and if we are ever back in Khon Kaen, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to all!

Had an incredible weekend stay! the staff was the best part of the experience, from the car park attendants to the cleaners - everyone was welcoming and friendly. Got complimentary breakfast and the local dishes were delicious. the comfortable bed made us sleep soundly and the room was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the local attractions that we visited in our car.

The hotel is not centrally located, which could be a minus for some travelers who want to be in the middle of the action. the walls were thin, and we could hear noise from the other rooms and hallways.

I had a fantastic stay at a chic, classy and modern resort. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. The rooms were always well cleaned and the pool bar staff were always ready to assist. I also appreciated that there was always someone at the front desk to answer any questions I had. The hotel had readily available and free parking, which was a plus. I had a great vibe during my stay.

Although there were many positives, there were a few drawbacks to mention. the hotel was located in a less touristy area without much of interest around it.
