The value for money was great, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was convenient, with a small shopping mall nearby and street food all around. The staff were amazing, especially Ticky, Irini, and Fouzi, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, cafes, and a bustling walking street called LARDYAI. The staff provided a warm welcome, with seamless check-in and friendly service. The room was spacious and well-kept, with a nice view from the corner bathroom. The breakfast had a vast selection and the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views.

The pool area was not welcoming, with stained pool towels and bird droppings on the sun beds.

The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym for guests to use.

The pool was too cold and not heated by the sun, making it uncomfortable to swim. The view from our room was not great, with a fish market on the street below.

The well-maintained outdoor swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and a sun terrace, provided a perfect spot for lounging and relaxing in the garden area. The hotel restaurant and bar/lounge area serve delicious meals and drinks, and the private facilities in our room were impressive.

Although our stay was excellent, the only minor issue we encountered was the location's proximity to famous tourist spots. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the downtown area, and shuttle services are needed to access beach areas.
