The hotel had a authentic Japanese decor, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options. The onsen and natural surroundings were also lovely.

The hotel had beautiful decorations that made me feel like I was traveling in Japan. I also enjoyed the onsen, especially after a long day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and professional, and they even offered us breakfast from the a la carte menu when we missed the regular breakfast time. the location was great, as it was close to many attractions.

The noise insulation in the hotel was not very good. We could hear our neighbors talking, using their alarm clock, and making phone calls.

The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the hotel's facilities, including the onsen and the Japanese restaurant.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my recent stay at Onsen @ Moncham, I was impressed by the beautiful natural surroundings of the resort. The spacious rooms and lovely restaurant overlooking the pond added to the overall serenity of the experience. The onsen at the resort truly reminded me of the traditional hot springs in Japan, providing a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. Additionally, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, arranging reservations for onsen and dinner, as well as transportation to nearby attractions. I had a wonderful stay at Onsen @ Moncham and would highly recommend it.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness center provided an unforgettable experience with its full body massages and hot spring bath. the restaurant had a delectable menu, and the private facilities made our stay feel exclusive. the garden area and sun loungers offered breathtaking scenery.

The only minor issue we encountered was, unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room. It was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature and caused some discomfort during the night.
