I recently stayed at Oriental Residence for a week-long vacation. The service was excellent - the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and even fixed our broken washing machine within minutes of our complaint. The 2-bedroom suite was enormous and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing, with a buffet and menu options, including gluten-free and Asian dishes. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the pillows. The concierge was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous hotel with delightful decor and attention to detail. The rooms are super comfy and the bed and pillows are a dream. The bathroom is huge with a large shower and bath. The TWG Tea was a highlight. I will definitely come back for the luxurious feel of the rooms. I highly recommend Oriental Residence.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed, including a fully furnished kitchen. The housekeeping was magnificent, with the staff even putting my make up on napkins and cleaning the kitchen. The hotel had great views of the city, and we particularly enjoyed the convenience of the location, being only a 10-minute walk to the sky rail. We found taxis to be very easy and affordable for getting around.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the room had amazing views of the surrounding green space. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious cuisines. The location of the hotel was great, situated in a quiet and safe area of the city, with shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for families. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The location was great, with easy access to the sky train and close to many fantastic restaurants in the area. The breakfast provided was superb, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the washing machine in the apartment and the fully air-conditioned transportation in case of an emergency.

What a wonderful weekend we had! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary treats were a nice surprise. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

While we overall had a great experience, there were a few minor issues. The lighting in the room could have been better, and some of the services offered by the hotel were a bit overpriced.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were courteous and always available. The exclusive amenities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, sun terrace, and open-air bath were fantastic. The room advantages were impressive, from the luxurious bedding to the beautiful garden views. The exceptional service created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel like we were in our own home.

The only minor issue was the limited restaurant options which meant we had to go out to dine sometimes. However, this was more than made up for by the poolside snack bar and the special diet menus that catered to our every need.

We got great value for our money at Oriental Residence. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic park view. The location was safe, central, and quiet, and the staff treated us with excellent service and friendliness.

From the minute we arrived, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the major shopping centers and great restaurants. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the fast and reliable internet connection was a big plus.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The lack of sound insulation contributed to noise disturbances during our stay.
