I recently stayed at Saii Laguna in beautiful grounds with a fabulous beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast in the club was delicious, and the afternoon snack and evening cocktail were of good quality. The beach water slide was so exciting, and my child and I enjoyed playing on it multiple times every day. The location was excellent, close to the airport, and we loved being able to use the facilities of other resort hotels.

the staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help us. the food was delicious and the location was beautiful. We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, and waking up to the view of the lake was a treat. the hotel had great amenities, including a well-organized pool area and beach. the staff at the front desk were always there to provide helpful recommendations for restaurants and other activities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

The breakfast had a good variety of food and was constantly being refilled. the rooms were spacious and had a good layout, including a comfortable daybed. the hotel app was very helpful in keeping track of daily activities. the live music at the beach restaurant on Saturday night was enjoyable and the musician even included my kids in the performance. the complimentary cookies and dry foods at the reception were a nice touch.

Our 4th stay here, and this time Saii Laguna Phuket exceeded our expectations. The spacious rooms and delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was amazing, providing endless fun for the kids. We also loved the interesting kids activities and even joined a windsurf class as a family. The lagoon view from our terrace was simply breathtaking. The staff was friendly, and overall, it was a great value for the money spent.

Our stay at Saii Laguna Phuket was worth every penny; the value for money was excellent. The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed, which was the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a luxury hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the stunning and clean Bangtao beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after, from the concierges to the room service to the kids club staff.

Breakfast delights, but could be improved with more options for Muslim meals. It would have been great to have at least chicken halal with clear labeling to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.

I recently stayed at Saii Laguna in Bang Tao for 18 days and had a wonderful time. The location on the beach was perfect and the interconnected lagoon provided easy access to other dining options. The room design was impressive and comfortable, and the breakfast menu offered a rich and tasty selection. The pool and water activities were great, and the beach and lake access were wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this resort.

The pools and beach at Saii Laguna Phuket are fantastic and well-maintained. Despite the crowded pool area, I enjoyed soaking up the sun and experiencing the water slide. The restaurant food was delicious and high quality.

Stunning pristine beach with crystal clear water and excellent breakfast. My room was comfortable with a remarkable sea view. The resort offers many great facilities including fitness, squash, and tennis. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the Thai massage was an exceptional feature. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel also provided shuttle or bus transportation to Canal Village, where we found plenty of stores for shopping and a convenient family store with reasonably priced water and food.

As business guests, we loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby bars/restaurants/shops and fruit markets. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the bread and cheese selection was excellent. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed, including a clean gym and squash court. The beach access was superb, and we enjoyed the private and quiet Laguna side of the hotel.

Located in one of Phuket's upmarket areas, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers. The extensive sandy beach down from the hotel offers plenty of space and welcomes high season crowd. The room is comfortable and has a nice view of the sea. The water slide for kids is amazing and adds a fun element to the trip.

The club package felt underwhelming with small food portions, making it frustrating to get food as people had to jump around to get what they wanted.
