the location was superb, just a short walk to public transport. the room was spacious, clean, with a lovely mini bar and Netflix. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. special mention to the rooftop cafe. loved the complimentary tote bag and snacks. highly recommended!

The generous staff at P18 Hotel allowed us to extend our stay until 5pm without extra charges. Their thoughtful gesture and free laundry service made our trip stress-free. the rooftop common room with a microwave was a convenient bonus. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Free laundry service! the staff is very helpful and provides great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. the hotel is also in a central location, just a short walk away from popular shopping and cultural centers.

My room had no windows which made it very difficult to keep track of time. the bed was also incredibly uncomfortable and caused some back pain.
