The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in the heart of the city and close to key attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of soundproofing in the doors made it noisy when other guests were returning to their rooms late at night.

As someone who is backpacking, I loved the convenient location of P21 Hotel. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, making it easy to find delicious meals. The staffs were very friendly and made me feel at home. The breakfast provided was tasty and gave me a great start to each day.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the night market and close to everything you will need. The Swan Burmese restaurant nearby is a must-visit. The room was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the city. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices.

There were some bugs in the room which was a bit disappointing.

Loved the comfortable rooms with clean linens and friendly staff. the location is perfect, very close to the major attractions and easy to find transportation nearby. A great advantage was the included breakfast with good variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.

The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, and you can hear all the noise from the street, other guests, and even the bathroom fans in the hallway. the bathrooms need improvement, no shelves for toiletries and curtains for privacy during the shower.

This hotel is a real gem! the location is fantastic, tucked away in a quiet alley but still right in the center of the old town. It's so convenient for exploring all the sights and attractions. Secondly, the service is top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. And finally, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed that provided a perfect night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious – a great way to start the day!
