During our stay at Panorama Samui Residences, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from our spacious and luxurious room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel truly pampered. The facilities were faultless and the clean and spacious rooms provided excellent value for money. The nearby restaurants and clean white beach added to the overall fantastic experience.

One minor inconvenience was the location of the hotel, which required a motorbike or taxi ride up a steep hill to reach. Additionally, the water pressure in the rooms was poor and it took an hour to fill the bath.

The view was breathtaking and the rooms were modern, huge, and clean. the hotel offered a daily shuttle that was available upon request and the shuttle cars were brand new 4 * 4 cars. This made traveling around the area much easier.

Some of the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly and we found the location to be incredibly hard to get to. The pools were also freezing and not clean.

Our stay at this luxurious venue was an unforgettable experience. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided in our room, which exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool and sun terrace offered stunning views of the ocean and garden area. We indulged in a full body massage at the outdoor spa, which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The restaurant served delicious cuisine and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place for a drink while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The private facilities added an extra level of comfort to our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the location, which is quite far from the main road. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the main road, making it easier to access the surrounding area.
